Free shipping for all US, Canada and Mexico orders that do not exceed the 14 lb allowable limit.
It would be extremely rare for a single order to exceed 15 pounds however, in such an occurrence there would be a flat rate 10.00 handling fee for special packaging to accommodate an order of that size.
Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled.
All of our products are made in the US and the fit or cut is relatively the industry average in regards to the, S, M, and L standards. But please measure carefully because returns are not allowed for sizing errors on the part of the end user.
Once an order is received, it can only be returned under the guidelines of our Returns & Exchange Policy section.
Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification. For orders outside the US, Canada or Mexico, orders cannot be processed until the funds have been cleared and received through the payment gateway. (Which in most cases may require an additional 3 business days for processing.)
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.
We cannot and will not change or intercept a package to alter the delivery destination. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout.
Return & Exchanges for Printed Apparel (i.e. sweats, t-shirts, leggings ect.)
Merchandise may only be returned if we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong order or if the product was damaged during shipping. All returns must be within 7 business days of the date of receipt. If your return does not meet those requirements, it will be denied.
LOST OR STOLEN
Unfortunately sometimes, once shipped, packages go missing or are marked as delivered, yet you have not received them. In this case, you should contact USPS and file a lost or stolen package claim online at USPS Missing Mail.
Return Policy for Lingerie and Other Items
Most items purchased from our website may be exchanged or returned within 5 days from the date of receipt.
Products with quality-related issues may be returned for a refund or exchange by contacting Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving your order. We will be responsible for the return shipping fee incurred.
Products with no quality-related issues may be returned for a refund or exchange by contacting Customer Service within 5 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees incurred. To insure you order the correct sizing, please see our sizing guides or email us to inquire about sizing before ordering.
Terms and conditions for returned lingerie and other items:
Products returned for exchange or refund must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. Returned products with any sign of being worn or washed will be classified as unacceptable and will not be refunded.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchange or return of used lingerie.
We will assume responsibility for shipping charges incurred for products with quality-related issues. Customer will be responsible for the shipping charges incurred for products with other issues, such as color, sizing and preference.
You must take photos on the defects and email them to feelinsexydotcom@gmail for our verification within 5 days of receiving the items in order for the items to be returned.
When sending a return or exchange, it is recommended that you ship the items with UPS, DHL or Fedex that offers a tracking method. If you do not use a courier that offers a way to track the package, or offers a return receipt request, our company cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of the return goods.
Return items could be shipped to the designated address given by our customer service after the due verification process is completed.
Credits are usually issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned item. Please include the original order number in the return parcel for us to expedite the process of issuing the credit.
Shipping and handling charges are non refundable and we will not deduct as a cost for the return.
